Pomio CRM is a multi-tenant customer relationship management product for teams that share pipeline and score, with roles, MFA, and audit inside each tenant.
Why teams ask this
Teams comparing CRMs often need to know whether client or location data stays separated. Multi-tenant design answers that: shared product, separated customer spaces.
What “tenant” means
In Pomio CRM, a tenant is an isolated workspace for one organisation or client account. Leads, companies, pipeline, users, and white-label settings belong to that tenant.
Shared product, separated data
All tenants run on the same Pomio CRM application. Isolation is enforced in the backend so one tenant does not see another tenant’s records.
White-label vs isolation
White-label changes name, colour, and logo per tenant. It does not weaken isolation. Branding is presentation; tenant boundaries are access and data rules.
Who this model fits
Agencies serving multiple clients, and sales organisations with multiple locations, commonly need tenant separation so each account stays distinct.
Go deeper
How does Pomio CRM isolate tenants?
Pomio CRM keeps data and configuration inside the tenant. Users are invited into a tenant; permissions and records do not cross that boundary.
Is multi-tenant the same as multi-user?
No. Multi-user means several people in one organisation. Multi-tenant means several organisations (or client spaces) on one product, each with its own boundary.
Do tenants share a database row with other customers?
Tenants share the product codebase and platform. Customer data is scoped to the tenant. The marketing mockup does not publish infrastructure internals beyond that isolation intent.
